Applicants are advised to CHECK  the status (Business/Petshop) first before filling out this e-Application to reduce the risk of illegal wildlife resources. Complaints or inquiries (e-Complaints) can be submitted through the official website of the Department of Wildlife Protection and National Parks  www.wildlife.gov.my

The Department of Wildlife and National Parks WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any risk or loss incurred by the applicant as a result of purchasing wildlife from illegal sources.

If it is found that this application contains incomplete/dubious information, the Department of Wildlife and National Parks reserves the right to reject this application.

The Department of Wildlife and National Parks may take legal action if the information submitted is false.
